1.Class I:

        for temperature range:-40°C to 150°C,the tolerance is ±0.5°C;

        for temperature range:125°C to 350°C,the tolerance is± 0.004•|t|;

2.Class II:

        for temperature range:-40°C to 150°C,the tolerance is ±1.0°C;

        for temperature range:133°C to 350°C,the tolerance is±  0.0075•|t|; 

3.Class III:

        for temperature range:-67°C to 40°C,the tolerance is ±2.5°C;

        for temperature range:-120°C to -67°C,the tolerance is±  0.015•|t|;
